W. Allan Myers has practiced law in Gainesville since 1975. During his over 30 years of practice throughout North Georgia, Mr. Myers has participated in over 200 civil trials, most involving automobile collisions involving serious injury or death. In addition, Mr. Myers has negotiated innumerable settlements, for both plaintiffs and defendants, in personal injury and wrongful death claims, thus avoiding the expense and delay of trial.
Mr. Myers is admitted to practice in all Georgia State Courts and U.S. Federal Courts and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Chattahoochee Inn of Court and the Gainesville/Northeastern Bar Association. He is a past Chairman and current member of the Board of Directors of Challenged Child and Friends, Inc. and is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Gainesville.

After graduating from law school in 1988, John W. Wingate III, served as a law clerk to Judges Hugh W. Stone and David E. Barrett of the Superior Courts of the Enotah Judicial Circuit (Lumpkin, Towns, Union and White Counties). In September of 1999, he joined Myers & Stroberg as an associate and has since become a partner in the firm with his practice focusing upon civil litigation relating to claims and lawsuits in the following areas: personal injury, automobile accidents and injuries, wrongful death, adoption, family, divorce, insurance coverage and insurance defense.
Mr. Wingate is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Gainesville/Northeastern Bar Association who is also trained and certified by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution as a neutral in general mediation. He has previously served as trustee of the Gainesville State College Foundation and is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Gainesville.
